What materials do you usually use on your dress?
Chiffon: Delicate, sheer, and transparent -- made from silk or rayon, with a soft finish; often layered because of its transparency, making it popular for overskirts, sheer sleeves, and wraps. Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, with a stiffer texture similar in effect to tulle, but more flowing; popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays.
Satin: A heavy, smooth fabric with a high sheen on one side; very common in bridal gowns.
Silk: The most sought-after, cherished fiber for wedding dresses (and also the most expensive).
Silk-Like Satin: A smooth silk satin, with a glossy front and matte back.
Taffeta: Crisp and smooth, with a slight rib.
Tulle: Netting made of silk, nylon, or rayon; used primarily for skirts and veils (think ballerina tutus).
How do I decide what size to order?
You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements. Please view our Size Chart. Prior to selecting your size to order, we suggest reviewing the information provided in How to Measure.
Even if there is some fluctuation in the size you need, all our dresses are made with a margin for modification or alteration. The modification or alteration can be made by your local tailor.
About Zipper versus Lace-up closure
We normally suggest our customer to use lace-up closure as it allows at least 5 cm as size tolerance in case of any inaccurate measurement or small size deviation regarding different styles.(eg, strapless style needs the tighter measurement while others might be different). So, the benefit with lace-up closure is to largely avoid the afterwards trouble or complaint towards size unfitting issue especially in the international order.
Only when customer clearly knows how to measure and decide to take the zipper, can we make the zipper for them based on accurate measurement and communication to make sure the right size.
So, this is our suggestion to you as well as our target is the same. If some customers really decide to take the zipper, then we of course can provide zipper as well.

When will I be charged for my items?
You will be charged for your order when your payment status is changed to "Paid" We will then confirm your payment and begin processing your order right away.
In some cases, PayPal and credit/debit card payments may take up to 24 hours to confirm (When you receive an email entitled "Order Received and Payment Confirmation" please note that your payment has been confirmed).
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order status is Draft or Pending, you can easily delete your order yourself and place a new order.
If you want to change your order after the payment, you had better to tell us within 24 hours after our payment confirmation. Otherwise, we may have to ask for the processing fee once your dress is in the processing.
How can I cancel my order?
The majority of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for the refund. If your order status is On Shopping or Pending, you can just ignore the order. We only process the order which is paid.
If your order status is Paid, you can submit one email or call to cancel your order and we can only refund your part refund. The rest will be as a compensation for our company, because we spend lots of energy and labor to deal with your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We have our designers to make a dress with extra length for you. Please email or call us with style number, and we will find further information for you.
What if I want a dress in a color that is not listed?
The colors that we list on the product detail page are the colors which that style dress is produced in.But you want a dress in a color that is not listed,please contact us, we will check it and give you a confirm.
I received a wrong item
If you received a wrong item, please contact our Customer Service. It's better for you to provide photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its order number to our Customer Service.
When they receive your email, they will contact you soon. After our confirmation, you can exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund.
